About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our dynamic outpatient service within a leading acute quaternary hospital. This role is suited to a practitioner who has progressed from competence to proficiency through experience and/or further study. You’ll deliver high-quality nursing care, support less experienced staff, and accept accountability for your own professional standards and delegated activities.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you’ll work closely with the Nursing Unit Manager and Associate/Deputy Nurse Unit Managers to promote continuity of care, implement practice improvements, and contribute to service management. This includes involvement in staffing, rostering, recruitment, performance processes, and financial planning. If you're ready to take the next step in your nursing career with a leadership focus, we’d love to hear from you.
About You
You are a confident and compassionate nursing professional with a passion for leadership and a commitment to delivering person-centred care. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current registration (or eligibility) with the Nursing Board of Australia, with a minimum of 3 years’ post-registration experience

Proven experience in clinical practice, change management, and engaging consumers in care delivery
