🕒 Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
💰 Salary: $45 - $55ph + staff discounts

We’re looking for a Senior Mechanic / Workshop Manager.

About You:

You’re not just a mechanic — you’re a leader. Someone who knows how to run a team, talk to customers, and make sure every vehicle leaves the shop better than it came in.

You’ll bring:

Strong customer service & communication skills

A genuine passion for 4WDs and performance setups

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

A current driver's license

Mechanical trade qualifications

Bonus points for:

Experience with ARB, TJM or similar accessories

Previous experience managing or supervising a team

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily workshop operations

Managing workflow, jobs, and staff

Customer interaction & job quoting

Ensuring top-notch quality control

Hands-on mechanical work
