Fortified Support is a registered NDIS and aged care provider, now expanding into commercial cleaning services. With a strong foundation in care, compliance, and community impact, we are growing fast and are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our head office team in Perth.

The Role

As our in-house Accountant, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end financial management across all service areas – NDIS, aged care, and commercial cleaning. You’ll ensure compliance, support growth, and help drive key financial decisions for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage financial statements, reports, and budgets

Manage payroll, superannuation, BAS/IAS, and other compliance tasks

Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow

Support external audits and assist with regulatory reporting

Provide financial analysis and strategic input to leadership

Ensure compliance with NDIS and aged care funding frameworks

Liaise with external advisors, bookkeepers, and regulatory bodies

What You’ll Bring

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA/CA qualified (or working towards)

At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role

Strong working knowledge of MYOB, Xero, or similar platforms

High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking

Understanding of NDIS or aged care funding structures (desirable)

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
