At Corrimal RSL Club, we’re proud to sit at the heart of the Corrimal community. Just 10 minutes north of Wollongong and 50 minutes south of Sydney, our Club is known for great hospitality, genuine connections, and strong support of local sports and community groups.

We’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Duty Manager to join our leadership team. This full-time position is perfect for an experienced supervisor ready to step up, or a seasoned manager looking for a fresh start in a well-established and community-focused venue.

$75,311 per annum (Level B + 20% Exemption)

3-week rotating roster:

About the Club:

70 gaming machines

Membership base of approx. 7,000

Multiple spaces including restaurant, alfresco areas, TAB, Keno, auditorium, private dining and lounge areas

Daily operating hours from 7:00am to 12:30am

What You’ll Be Doing: Reporting to the CEO, you’ll take charge of day-to-day operations including:

Opening and closing the venue

Leading and supervising staff across departments

Managing cellar and bar operations

Overseeing compliance in gaming, RSA/ARCG, and WH&S

Cash control and safe balancing

Delivering top-tier customer service and leading by example

Taking responsibility for a venue portfolio suited to your strengths

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:

NSW RSA and ARCG Competency Cards (or willingness to obtain these)

First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in a supervisory or management role

Hospitality experience

High level of professionalism, presentation and communication

Solid understanding of compliance: Registered Clubs Act, Liquor & Gaming Regs, WH&S, IR and AML/CTF

Working knowledge of gaming systems (eg eBet), POS, membership systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools

Availability to work a rotating roster across days, nights, and weekends
