About the firm:

You will be able to:

Manage complex Family Law matters from commencement to completion;

Manage high net worth clientele with large property pools and portfolios involving complex structuring;

Establish and maintain meaningful client relationships;

Maintain an efficient working environment and meet deadlines;

Provide mentoring and leadership to your team; and

Work with a high degree of autonomy

You will need:

Significant Family Law experience - at least 5 years PAE + experience and ideally be an Accredited Specialist or on the path to achieving this;

A confident, client-focused approach and exceptional negotiation and litigation skills

A strong desire to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a positive team culture

A proactive mindset with commercial acumen and a genuine passion for helping families navigate change.
