We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner who is not only committed to learning and developing their skills but also brings their own flair and personality to our team.
You will be working with a team of Core and Proficient Practitioners, directly under the supervision of an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner who is passionate about supporting practitioners on their journey. This is a unique opportunity to work in a positive, close-knit environment where you’ll have hands-on guidance, support, and the chance to shine.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing positive behaviour support plans for individuals with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You will work closely with clients, their families, and support teams to understand behaviours of concern and design interventions that promote positive outcomes. Your work will contribute to enhancing the quality of life and independence of people with disabilities by addressing their behavioural and emotional needs in a person-centred, ethical, and respectful manner.

Key Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or a related field.

Current registration as a Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Experience in developing and implementing behaviour support plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A desire to grow professionally with the support of a passionate team.
