With strong growth trajectory, the business has grown substantial over the past 12-24 months through acquisitions and mergers, as such, they are looking to centralise their IT Infrastructure and Operations and adopt a cloud first approach.
Your Role
Working within a team of 7, you’ll be a L2 Desktop Support Engineer ensuring that clinics receive prompt and effective IT assistance during key technology implementations and day-to-day service needs.
Your responsibilities will span BAU troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues related to hardware, networking, and business applications.
This is a hands-on role working closely with clinic staff, internal IT teams, and project managers supporting in rollouts, deployments, upgrades, and technical optimisation.
What You’ll Need
- 3 -5 years of experience in I.T support roles.
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of both on-prem and cloud-based technologies and practises
- Experience troubleshooting and administration of VMware or Hyper-V
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Experience with telephony systems (on-premises and hosted) and ticketing systems.
- A strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
- Experience in a multi-site support environment.
- Familiarity with remote desktop services and device management.
