We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist (with a particular interest in paediatrics) to join us in a flexible contractor role, supporting participants across Melbourne’s north-east.

This role offers the freedom to choose your own hours and build a caseload that works for you, with support from a small and thoughtful team who values quality, connection, and meaningful work.

About the Role:

Work with NDIS participants in their homes or community settings

Caseload includes adults and or children with a range of developmental, physical, and neurodivergent needs

Flexible hours – ideal for someone balancing other life commitments, or looking for more referrals

Caseload will start small and increase if desired based on your availability and preferences

You’ll be supported with supervision, guidance, and regular check-ins as needed

Generous contractor rate of $80 – $95 per hour, based on your experience

Super will be paid on top of your hourly rate

You’ll Need:

Experience in OT practice (minimum 1–2 years)

Experience in working within the NDIS, and writing NDIS reports

AHPRA registration and relevant OT qualifications

Strong communication skills and a calm, respectful approach with families

ABN and professional indemnity/public liability insurance,

Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Current National Police Check

Drivers licence and a reliable car
