About the Role:

Take full ownership of the Moorabbin store's performance - sales, service, and stock

Coach and develop a passionate team to deliver inclusive, body-positive customer experiences

Keep the store visually exciting and aligned with brand direction

Manage outlet-specific stock flow, markdowns, and high-volume trade periods

Drive results through KPIs and smart team engagement strategies

Build a warm and welcoming space where every customer feels seen and celebrated

What You'll Bring:

Strong retail leadership experience - ideally in outlet or high-volume fashion

A love for colour, confidence, and styling for all shapes and sizes

Proven ability to hit budgets, train teams, and lift performance
