About the role

Harli and Harpa' is seeking experienced Store Managers to join our dynamic retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales performance. This is a full-time position and we have multiple location available across Melbourne's Northern and Eastern suburbs.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of team, inventory, and budgets

Provide inspirational leadership to your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive store profitability

You have a LOVE for jewellery and have a keen eye for styling

You have a strong business and financial acumen to continuously drive sales and obsess about constant improvement across all parts of the business (budget + KPI’s + wages + shrink)

Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry

Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues

Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience
