What You'll Be Doing:

Running the store like it's your own - from daily operations to visual merchandising

Leading, coaching and inspiring your team to hit KPIs and deliver amazing service

Creating a warm, welcoming environment for customers to browse and buy

Managing stock, rostering, store presentation, and team performance

Being a strong, confident leader - hands-on and always present on the shop floor

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager in fashion retail

A natural leader who knows how to get the best out of people

Strong business acumen - you know how to drive sales and manage costs

Passion for fashion, styling, and customer connection

Confident working with sales targets, stock, and team development
