Reporting to the Clinical Manager you will have the support and resources to bring those ideas to life and lead your clinical and care team to really make a difference.

Your responsibility, under the guidance of the Clinical Manager is to manage the overall provision of evidence-based, high quality clinical care. You will assist the Clinical Manager in the leadership, mentoring and operational direction for staff. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of care provision and act as clinical consultant for nursing care matters.

What you’ll do:

Lead and motivate care staff to deliver outstanding, person-centred care

Mentor your team and support learning every day

Communicate clearly with residents, families, GPs, and colleagues

Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding

Oversee clinical compliance and care quality standards

What we’re looking for:

Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration

3+ years in a senior aged care clinical role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards

Autumn Care experience a plus

Willing to complete a police check and pre-employment medical
