Join a rewarding role supporting nursing and allied health student placements in the Torres Strait. You'll provide cultural guidance, logistical support, and act as a key liaison between students, the community, and health services.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing cultural mentorship to ensure respectful engagement with Torres Strait Islander communities

Supporting student placement logistics, orientation, and coordination

Liaising with community organisations and health services

Assisting with clinical and administrative tasks as needed

About you:

Strong knowledge of Torres Strait Islander cultures and communities

Confidence working with Elders, students, and professionals

Experience in health, admin, or student support

Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance (or willingness to undertake)

Driver’s licence, Blue and Yellow Cards, and COVID-19 vaccination required
