The Role - Maintenance Fitter Nightshift
The Company - Bulletproof FMCG business with an incredible name in the market.
The Rate - $69.81 p/h + super (inclusive of 30% loading)
The Hours - Sunday Monday Tuesday 7pm-7am (then weekend overtime and extra hours during the week overtime) this shift will start on Sunday evening finish Tuesday morning
Overtime - This is an absolute cash cow of a role. Beside the 36hour week you are contracted to, anything over that is overtime rates and we need all the help we can get. Weekend work and extra days during the week. This is an incredibly busy business!
Candidate - You need to have a Mechanical/Fitter qualification and have full working rights in Australia

About the company
We are looking for a Nightshift Maintenance Fitter to join our extremely sufficient Maintenance team which is notoriously known for a leading culture within the FMCG industry, this is the business you will want to join and excel your career in you will be joining a powerhouse within the industry. The maintenance team do not leave the business, they have been there for 20+ years and there is no micro management.

About the role and what you will be responsible for:
The key focus of this nightshift someone who is experienced with startup. You will be coming in on Sunday evening at 7pm, you will be responsible of getting startup done correctly for when production is here and ready to run assembly. You will be doing breakdown and preventative maintenance and will be a self motivated character.

What you need to qualify for this role
- Australian Mechanical Cert 3 / Mechanical Fitter qualification
- Experience within an FMCG environment (or a high paced manufacturing environment for a reputable Manufacturing business)
- Breakdown and Preventative Maintenance experience within an FMCG (or similar) business
- You will need to be self motivated and able to work autonomously
