We are seeking a passionate educator who is looking to make a real difference in the life of children.

We are a family with a daughter in prep aged six, that is experiencing developmental delays who we feel would benefit from one-on-one learning for one to two days per week, four to five hours per day. Either to be carried out at home (Albany Creek) or at school (Clayfield).

You have suitable qualifications and capacity to build your own curriculum and lesson plans.

You possess a capacity to work autonomously.

You’re highly motivated and able to help build self esteem and a love of learning.

You’re caring and compassionate and want to build a true relationship with our daughter.

You’re confident in the use of technology.

You will be highly organised.

You will be highly empathetic.

You will have a great attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain an inspiring, well organised and stimulating learning environment.

Maintain lesson plans and achievable goals with weekly reporting on progress.

Respect and build a relationship in a caring, sensitive and appropriate manner.

Deliver an engaging and stimulating learning experience.

Support an inclusive learning environment.
