Junior Recruitment Consultant – Aged Care

E4 Recruitment is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team in the Sydney CBD This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, smashing sales targets and is eager to learn the ropes of recruitment from the ground up.
Key Responsbilities:
As a Junior Consultant, your primary focus will be sourcing top talent across the aged care sector. You’ll work closely with our temp, contract, and permanent teams to find candidates for roles across Australia.
Your core responsbilities will be:
- Help source reliable candidates for the aged care team across permanent, temp and contract desks. This will involve high volume phone calls, interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Customer Service: Be a friendly and supportive point of contact for both candidates and internal teams.
- Dynamic Environment: Work alongside a team that values hard work, teamwork, and delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience) + super

Experience and Skills required:
- Strong Organisational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people on the phone and through video calls.
- Customer-Focused: Previous experience in customer service, sales, a call centre, or similar roles is a bonus, but not essential.
- Eligibility: Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or on a pathway to it (unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship for this role and cannot accept working holiday visas).
