Sustaine Electrical & Solar is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a full-time role based on either the Gold Coast or Northern NSW.
🔹 Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
🔹 Inclusions: Vehicle, flexible work conditions, RDOs, potential accommodation assistance
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Commercial electrical work
Job estimation, supervision & management
Supervise and support a minimum of 2 skilled technical teams
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
Report directly to the senior management team on project status and any issues
Foster a culture of safety and efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation
🔹 Requirements:
Trade Certificate – Electrotechnology
NSW / QLD Electrical Licence
5+years plus experience
Qualified Technical Person for QLD Electrical Licence
Supervisor for NSW Electrical Licence
Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and industry regulations
🔹 Highly desirable:
Level 2 ASP
Solar/Battery accreditation
