Titles Strata Management is expanding in Melbourne, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Owners Corporation Manager to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Owners Corporation Manager who’s ready to take the next step and manage their own small portfolio, with support from a highly experienced leadership team and the tools to help you succeed.

About the Role

Manage a well-structured small portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use schemes

Liaise with Committees, Owners, and Contractors to deliver excellent service

Chair meetings (AGMs/SGMs/Committee Meetings) confidently and professionally

Conduct routine site inspections to ensure the upkeep of common property

Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor works across the portfolio

Ensure compliance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (VIC)

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Owners Corporation Manager or OC Manager

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence in chairing meetings and interacting with Committees

Experience conducting site inspections and managing common property maintenance
