About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is ideal for a nurse with a passion for primary healthcare and a focus on chronic disease management, preventative care, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct triage, wound care, immunisations, and ECGs

Assist with minor procedures and treatment room management

Perform health assessments and care plans (e.g. GPMPs, TCAs, 75+ health checks)

Administer vaccinations (including childhood and travel vaccines)

Provide patient education and support

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Collaborate with GPs and allied health to deliver coordinated patient care

Skills and Experience

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in a general practice or primary care setting (preferred)

Knowledge of chronic disease management and care planning

Immunisation certification (highly desirable)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Competence in using clinical software ( Medical Director – desirable)
