WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Invoice clients, run reports (debtors, creditors, bank recs etc)
• Daily bank reconciliations (multiple currencies)
• Accounts Payable (process invoices, reconcile, prepare payments)
• Accounts Receivable (process / allocate receipts / collection calls)
• Provide weekly updates and monthly reporting.
• General administrative functions

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 3+ years’ experience within a fin. department
• Exposure to EDI Cargowise software an advantage
• Demonstrated technical and analytical experience
• Experience in both A/R & A/P functions
• Experience in Reconciliations + Reporting
