Your Role: As our Room Leader, you will:
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Educators
- Drive the planning and delivery of a rich, inclusive curriculum in line with the EYLF and NQS
- Ensure learning documentation is visible, high quality, and accessible to families
- Create a secure, stimulating, and engaging environment for children to thrive
- Uphold high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
- Work hand-in-hand with the Centre Director to maintain and exceed centre goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is essential.
- Minimum of one year Room Leader experience.
- Full-Time Australian Working Rights
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current approved First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
- Confident use of digital platforms and documentation tools
