At Busy Bees at Woolloongabba, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our vibrant 169-place service. In this key leadership role, you'll guide and support educators in delivering high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF, helping children thrive while driving continuous improvement across the centre.

🌟About the Role

As an Educational Leader, you will:

Mentor and support a team of educators across all rooms

Lead the development, implementation, and review of educational programs

Model best practices and pedagogical leadership

Collaborate with the Centre Director and families to ensure positive outcomes

Drive continuous improvement, critical reflection, and innovation

Maintain compliance and ensure alignment with NQS and EYLF

✅What You’ll Need

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)

Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certification

Previous experience as a Room Leader or Educational Leader

Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and planning cycles

Excellent mentoring, communication, and leadership skills
