About the role

JPS Medical Recruitment is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Casual Pool, providing contract and locum support across Acute, Emergency Department and Aged Care settings in the NSW region. This is a flexible, contract role, allowing you to choose the shifts and locations that best suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional, patient-centred care as a Registered Nurse in Acute, Emergency Department and Aged Care settings

Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for your patients

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and clinical guidelines

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Substantial experience (minimum 2 years) working as a Registered Nurse in Acute, ED or Aged Care settings

Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused nursing care

Strong clinical skills and decision-making capabilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility and adaptability to work across a variety of healthcare settings
