RM Therapy is a private, NDIS-registered therapeutic clinic based in Bundoora, Victoria, dedicated to delivering compassionate, trauma-informed, and family-centred care. We believe in nurturing the whole person, and our services are designed to support individuals and families at every stage of their journey toward well-being.

Our team of experienced professionals work across Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, and Family Violence Counselling. We specialise in supporting young children, adolescents, and families, particularly those navigating developmental challenges, disabilities, and the impact of trauma or domestic violence.

We Require Someone With the Following Qualifications:

A tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:

Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration)

Psychology (General or Provisional, with AHPRA registration)

Counselling (with relevant registration such as PACFA or ACA)

Social Work (with eligibility for AASW membership; AMHSW preferred for mental health roles)

Relevant registration or eligibility to register with the appropriate professional body (AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, or ACA)

Experience or strong interest in working with:

Children and young people with developmental or behavioural needs

Individuals with disability (NDIS participants)

Families affected by trauma or domestic violence (highly regarded)

A current Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work (if required)
