About us
Different Lens is a NDIS Registered provider specialising in the provision of Positive Behaviour Support to people living with complex disability.
Our overarching goal is to "View Behaviour through a Different Lens" - we take time to really get to know each person that we support, and those who support them. This allows us to develop and provide individualised support for the person, and to develop tools that will assist others in understanding them and their unique interests and needs. We are a neurodivergent affirming practice. We have a clinic and office in Diamond Creek with multiple spaces available, and a satellite clinic and office space in a newly built Melton location. Our Practitioners and Assistants work from home, the community, and from our clinic/office spaces. We run trainings from our premises for those that we support and for the local community. We are a boutique practice with a small group of highly experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners, who work closely with our administration team and Behaviour Support Assistants in delivering positive outcomes for those we support. We hold weekly team meetings and supervision, and regular staff training. We are looking for an experienced Practitioner to be a great fit and asset for our team.
