About the role

Xtend Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Caroline Springs, Victoria. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of allied health professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment. The role is based in the clinic and community ( North western regions of Melbourne)

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to develop individualised treatment plans for patients

Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including but not limited to manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care

Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant clinical and administrative requirements

Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques

What we're looking for

Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification

Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a community-based or rehabilitation setting

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with the wider healthcare team

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
