Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking to make a real impact in your community? Country Therapy, a well-established allied health provider servicing Ararat, Ballarat, and surrounding regions, is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team.
You’ll have the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy to a diverse caseload of clients across the lifespan, including NDIS participants, aged care clients, and private patients. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services in clinic, community, and home settings
Manage a diverse caseload (HCP, private, Medicare, NDIS and aged care) with a focus on functional goals and independence
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress for clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and/or disability-related conditions
Prescribe therapeutic exercises, mobility aids, and assistive technology
Collaborate with OTs, and AHAs to deliver multidisciplinary support
Educate and train clients, families, and support staff to build capacity and promote functional outcomes
Maintain clear, timely, and professional documentation using our cloud-based practice management system
Participate in case discussions, supervision, and professional development
Skills & Experience Required:
AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (unrestricted)
Minimum 2+ years’ clinical experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Benefits:
Full-time position with flexible working arrangements (hybrid & remote options available)
Salary range: $75,000–$85,000 (inclusive of super), based on experience
Achievable billable targets and bonus structure
Professional development budget of $1,500 per year
Weekly 1:1 supervision and mentoring
