Your new role
You'll be responsible for:

- Preventative and reactive maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment
- Fault finding, root cause analysis, and breakdown response
- Involvement in continuous improvement and plant efficiency projects
- Working collaboratively with the production team to minimise downtime
- Ensuring all work meets food safety, quality, and OH&S standards

What you'll need to succeed

- Trade qualification as a Fitter and Turner or Mechanical Fitter
- Experience in food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environments
- Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and WHS procedures.
- REL (Restricted Electrical Licence) would be advantageous
- Basic tig welding experience a must
