Skills and experience:

• Minimum qualification required is the Diploma, Studying Diploma or experienced in a Lead Role willing to Study.
• Current PAID Blue Card
• Current First Aid and CPR including approved anaphylaxis and asthma management certification.
• Thorough working knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

About The Role:

We are currently looking to appoint an experienced and qualified Lead Educator who has experience working in childcare, or a candidate with experience in a Lead Role and willing to study.

The Centre received the rating of Exceeding the National Quality Standard at that start of 2020 with the successful candidate being willing to uphold this standard.

This role requires the applicant to be able to work collaboratively with a team of educators. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to early childhood pedagogy and practice - someone with an absolute commitment to children.
