Responsibilities:

Painting of transmissions

Carry out component cleaning/preparation

Assembly of accessories onto transmissions

Carry out minor service and light maintenance activities when requested

Assist Tradespersons and key staff members in day to day activities

Maintain workshop facilities in good condition with clean and tidy work areas

General workshop and wider site tasks as required

Key Focus:

Quality – this is paramount, we must find someone who values quality and wants to deliver quality workmanship

As with all roles the individual must embody our value and beliefs

Key Recruiting Criteria:

Any age but prefer a self-starter over 18

Willing to learn the way we like things done

Preference for a TA in the marine or industrial industry with experience in spray painting

Positive attitude

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent people skills
