We proudly employ and mentor disadvantaged youth, giving them purpose through apprenticeships. We’re now looking for a Roofing Supervisor who can lead with integrity, deliver high-quality work, and support the next generation of tradespeople.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing residential and commercial reroof & maintenance jobs from start to finish

Coordinating materials, sub-trades, deliveries, and crane access

Acting as the key liaison between trades, office staff, and clients

Organise orders with suppliers

Maintaining site safety

Supporting apprentices and leading by example

Attending to quotes, leak investigations, and check measures

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a roofing supervisor or leading hand

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Commitment to safety, quality, and team culture

Ability to read and interpret plans, manage schedules and communicate clearly

Good computer skills and knowledge of SimPRO a plus

Positive leadership attitude and mentoring ability
