Kollab is a proudly Australian-owned lifestyle brand with a loyal customer base, a growing online store, and a strong retail footprint. We’re passionate about making everyday products beautiful. As we grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and well-rounded Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit team and bring our brand to life across all channels.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll coordinate and execute all key marketing functions, including:

Social Media: Plan, create, edit and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

EDMs: Design and deploy customer-centric email campaigns using Klaviyo.

Digital Ads: Manage and optimise Meta and Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions.

Shopify Website: Maintain and merchandise the website with compelling content and product updates.

Campaign Support: Assist with brand activations, giveaways, partnerships, and seasonal launches.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing team, the product team and Creative Director to deliver seamless campaigns that connect with our audience and grow our brand.

About You

You’re organised, results-focused, and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table.

You love a fast-paced environment and have the ability to juggle projects and meet deadlines.

You’re a creative but capable of analysing marketing data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.

You have Marketing Qualifications and 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands.

You’re confident using Shopify Shopify Plus, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Canva, Capcut and social scheduling tools.

If you have worked with E Commerce Equation we’d love to know also!

Bonus points for graphic design skills or experience in homewares/fashion/lifestyle brands.

You’re a natural content creator — comfortable with short-form video, photography briefs, and copywriting. You may also love to be confident both behind and in front of the Camera.
