The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist with experience in helping businesses grow through the use of Meta Advertising, Google Advertising, Shopify, Woocommerce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp etc.

This role requires someone who understands the challenges and can think outside-the-box to scale small and medium-sized businesses.

The ideal candidate can proactively recommend business growth ideas in e-commerce and lead-gen industries, leading to long-term client retention.

What You'll Do:

Implement, optimise and analyse ongoing and new paid advertising campaigns with clients.

Ongoing communication with clients directly about results, measurables and recommendations.

Upselling/cross-selling Mayfair Marketing services where required to existing clientele Management of Meta & Google campaigns

Work with clients to ongoingly to recommend ongoing growth areas of their business in relation to marketing aspects

Shopify/Woocom development + analysis

Weekly and monthly recurring calls with clients

Meet weekly KPIs

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years experience with paid ads management on Meta / Google

Proficient in eCommerce platforms (Shopify/Woocom/ etc)

Experience in developing websites, integrating systems and CRMS

Critical problem-solving capabilities

Excellent attention to detail including well-developed written and oral communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
