As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team and help us maintain the high standards that set us apart!

What You'll Do:

• Overseeing daily operations of high-end properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.
• Managing cleaning teams, maintenance providers, and vendors to keep properties guest-ready at all times.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Leading and inspiring a dynamic team, setting the standard for outstanding service.
• Utilising property management software to optimise operations and enhance efficiency.
• Ensuring properties comply with all relevant regulations and maintain exceptional standards.
• Contributing to a positive, high-performance team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated expertise in Property or Operations Management, with a preference for experience in short-term rentals.
• A background in Real Estate, Hotel/Hospitality Management, Strata Management, or Residential/Commercial Property Management is highly desirable, even if not directly within short-term rentals.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and elevate a team to consistently exceed expectations.
• Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.
• A proactive and solution-driven mindset, focusing on seamless, high-quality service.
