Position Overview

Role: OOSH Educator

Type: Permanent Part-Time (10 - 17.5 hours/week) or Casual

Pay Rate: $28–$30 per hour

Allowance: $150/week non-metropolitan allowance (pro-rata for casuals)

Start Date: Monday, 14 July 2025

Location: Orana Heights, Dubbo NSW

As an OOSH Educator, you’ll be working closely with children aged 5–12 to support their learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging activities and inclusive practices.

What You’ll Bring

Experience supporting children in a play-based, school-aged setting

A team-focused attitude and willingness to contribute to a brand-new service

A solid understanding of the My Time, Our Place V2.0 framework (or willingness to learn)

Essential Requirements

Certificate III (or actively working toward) in Early Childhood Education and Care or School-Aged Education

HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in Education & Care

HLTAID009 – CPR

CHCPRT025 – Child Protection

Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
