This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering $42M tower multi res development located in Wollongong.

• Location: Wollongong
• Salary range: $165,000 -$180,000 + Super

What you will be doing?
Your first project will be a $42M, 17 Storey apartment development in Wollongong where you'll have a team of CA's and support by Senior Project Manager to mentor you. It will have you involved from tendering, CC, DA, contracts project lifecycles to OC. Strong leader and team player to be positive foster the culture.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that is early in their Project Manangement career or a Contract Administrator to step up. Demonstrated experience in new build or Multi Res projects above the value of $20m. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders. Salary is circa $165,000 to $180,000 + Super negiotable for the right experience.

Our client is a builder developer with great staff retention and strong track record of delivering high end Class 2 multi res and luxury developments. They pipeline is secure with long term relationships. Projects are across spread across Wollongong and they are looking for a Project Manager to be a leader and with desire to grow into a Project Manager.
