The Opportunity
This role presents as an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous Banking/Accounts/Reconciliations experience to join a growing property group who have a leading position and reputation within the retirement living industry. The team has a social, collegiate culture with ongoing hybrid working.

Due to an ongoing project within the team, they are looking for a strong Accounts/Banking Officer to come in to support the team. This contract is immediately starting and will go for 6 months full time.

The Challenge
Reporting into the AR & Billings Team Lead, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Bank account reconciliations
• Bank transfers
• Investigation of any variances identified
• Review daily bank statements for incoming funds
• Liaising with Internal & External stakeholders
• Assisting with the Accounts Receivable/Billings function
• Assisting with month end processing

The Expertise
Please apply for the position if you have the following:

• 2+ years of experience in an AR/AP/Accounts/Banking Officer role
• Immediately available to start a new role
• Experience in a large organisation would be preferred but not necessary
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on quality work
• Team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
