Astron is expanding, and we’re searching for driven Sales Executives to power the growth of our retail service station network. If you have a proven track record in retail fuel sales, service station operations, or dealer engagement, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, ambitious team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Expand the Astron Network: Identify and secure new retail service station partners.

Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with service station dealers and operators.

Drive Sales Growth: Create and implement strategies to boost site conversions and market share.

Negotiate & Onboard: Manage contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.

Provide Expert Support: Offer guidance to help partners unlock their full business potential.

Who You Are:

Motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and business growth.

Proven experience in fuel retail, service station operations, or franchise development

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Able to work independently and consistently deliver measurable result

In-depth knowledge of the fuel industry and retail market dynamics.
