Part-time and Full-time positions available (4.5 client-facing days per week)

Weekly mentoring and supervision, plus fortnightly team collaboration days

Achievable KPIs (typically 4–5 billable hours/day, building up gradually)

Your Role

As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

Manage a diverse pediatric caseload with conditions including speech and language delays, autism spectrum disorder, literacy and fluency disorders

Provide therapy in clinic settings, with options for mobile or school-based work

Collaborate with families, educators, and health professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans

Participate in joint sessions with our multidisciplinary team

About You

Required:

A degree in Speech Pathology

Membership (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia

A current driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or equivalent (Police Check, WWCC)

Ideal qualities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Passion for evidence-based, high-quality service delivery

Flexibility and adaptability in your clinical approach
