The Opportunity

We're looking for a professional, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to service our local government clients. This role focuses on matching great candidates with temporary roles that genuinely contribute to local communities and government services.

You'll manage an established temporary staffing desk, nurture client relationships, and proactively develop new business opportunities. You understand the importance of organisational culture and candidate fit, and you're motivated by the broader impact your work has on community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-performing temporary staffing desk
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Deliver exceptional service to existing clients
• Drive business development through client engagement and solution-focused conversations
• Represent Spinifex at events and in professional networks
• Act as a subject matter expert in the Community & Council recruitment space
