About the Role

• Generating leads to build your database & expand local market share
• Database management & client care
• Appraising, preparing, listing & marketing property to potential buyers
• Demonstrating knowledge of current market trends
• Ability to negotiate between buyers & sellers
• Working Saturdays is essential

Skills Required

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, & communication skills
• Experience with Google's Workspace/G Suite of products
• Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies
• Strong work ethic & self motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Essential Requirements

• Excellent time management, great organisation and problem-solving skills
• Well presented with a confident and mature demeanour
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
• Current assistant agent certificate or real estate licence & current NSW driver’s licence with reliable car
