The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-obsessed Netsuite Analyst and subject matter expert to play a pivotal role in a business-critical NetSuite integration project. This is a key opportunity to work at the heart of a group-wide ERP consolidation program, bringing together multiple acquired brands and streamlining their operations into a single, scalable NetSuite instance.
With no dedicated testing team in place and multiple data flows feeding into NetSuite from platforms like Shopify via Celigo, this role is essential in ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and system stability as the business expands into new markets including the US, UK, and Europe.

What You'll Do

This is a key opportunity to work at the heart of a group-wide ERP consolidation program for one of Australia's most exciting eCommerce brand groups. This role sits at the core of that transformation, ensuring robust, reliable, and reconciled system integrations.
You’ll be embedded in a tight-knit, hands-on team, playing a vital role in improving operational efficiency and customer experience across multiple regions.

In this role, you will:

• Partnering with finance, operations and technology functions on being the key conduit and subject matter expert on Netsuite enhancements

• Work alongside project teams on key product releases and module remediation or uplift projects

• Lead end-to-end validation and testing of system integrations between Shopify, NetSuite, and middleware platforms (Celigo)
  
  
• Validate data accuracy across orders, tax, shipping, and returns across multiple markets and currencies
  
  
• Build and execute test cases and scenarios across a variety of user journeys, including edge cases, not just happy paths
  
  
• Identify discrepancies in financial and operational data and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve them
  
  
• Document test outcomes clearly to support go-live decisions and future audits
  
  
• Support a fast-paced, scale-up environment where systems are being rapidly implemented and improved
  
  
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, operations, and finance to ensure seamless end-user experiences
  
  
• Bring attention to detail, strong communication, and a practical, no-fuss mindset to a team that values action over perfection
  
  

What You'll Bring

This role is ideal for a Netsuite professional with strong system integration testing experience, particularly across ERP and eCommerce environments. You’ll be comfortable in an evolving, fast-paced setting where agility and ownership matter. You have:

• Experience in NetSuite integrations, ideally involving platforms like Shopify and middleware tools such as Celigo
  
  
• Strong foundational testing skills, from writing and executing test scripts to managing UAT and producing documentation
  
  
• A methodical approach and sharp eye for detail, you naturally spot what others might miss
  
  
• Experience in eCommerce, retail, financial systems, or supply chain environments is an advantage
  
  
• The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with business-facing stakeholders, including marketing and operations
  
  
• A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, you’re someone who’s happy to jump in and get it done
