We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic and well-regarded construction team. You’ll work alongside industry leaders on a variety of commercial projects, contributing to every stage from pre-construction to handover.

🔨 About the Role:

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

Preparing documentation for Building Certification (CDCs & Occupation Certificates)

Reviewing contracts and distributing project information to stakeholders

Assisting with RFIs, NODs, EOTs, client and subcontractor variations

Preparing tender documents and managing the tendering process with subcontractors

Procuring trades and managing subcontractor engagement

Issuing subcontracts and purchase orders

Setting up WHS documentation for projects

Providing ongoing project admin support

Managing subcontractor schedules to meet key project milestones

Assisting with financial records and project handover documentation

✅ About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field

Experience in commercial, retail, or health sector projects (highly regarded)

Solid understanding of council approvals, private certifiers, and trade procurement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

A proactive and ethical work ethic

Experience using project management software (e.g., Procore, Jonas Premier)

Proficiency with MS Office Suite
