About the role

Sydney Composites is seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join our team in our Wetherill Park, NSW workshop. This is a part-time role, providing you with the opportunity to work flexibly while contributing your expertise to our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and painting Carbon Fibre products to the highest standards

Mixing and applying primer, clearcoat, and other products using spray painting equipment

Ensuring a superior finish by the use of detailing equipment

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional service

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role within the automotive industry

Strong knowledge of paint types, mixing, and application techniques

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to achieve a high-quality finish

Proficiency in the use of spray painting equipment and other relevant tools

Commitment to working safely and following all relevant regulations

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
