We are seeking a passionate and visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. This is a unique opportunity to craft and curate an innovative menu that celebrates Tasmania's exceptional ingredients, working in a stunning, newly-built kitchen designed to the highest specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an exceptional fine dining menu that reflects the seasonal bounty of Tasmania, with a strong focus on local sourcing and sustainability.

Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and professionalism.

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, supplier relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.

Collaborate with the management team to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Continuously innovate and refine the menu, staying abreast of culinary trends while maintaining the restaurant's unique identity.

Champion the "paddock to plate" and "ocean to table" philosophy, building strong relationships with local farmers, producers, and artisans.
