Our client is looking for an experienced customer service/administrator for their Dandenong South Office who has experience in the Manufacturing Industry, preferably packaging. The role will include phone based customer service, order entry, following up orders and tracking stock availability.

Description

You will be part of a small customer service team that interacts with the Sales Team and Operations. You will play a crucial role in managing customer service and order management requirements: You will:

• Track and communicate to the customer any changes or potential service issues that may impact their order
• Support the sales team with any issues with orders including pricing, volume or delivery
• Inform sales and operations of any unresolved service issues; recommend corrective action to customer issues as necessary
• Provide customer-related support and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in order management systems. Eg D365, Pronto, SAP.
• Must have experience in a customer service/administration position in a Manufacturing environment
• Experience in customer service in packaging an advantage but not essential
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and to use your initiative.
• Attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise work based on desired outcomes.
• Great people skills.
• You will be available to work full time hours Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who is calm and measured in their approach, can handle a variety of issues simultaneously, and has a strong work ethic.
