Our client is a clinical stage radiopharmaceutical company developing treatments to significantly improve survival and quality of life for patients with cancer. They are seeking a talented Facilities Support Officer to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will provide direct support to the Facilities Manager while engaging in a variety of tasks, including administrative support, logistics management, and compliance monitoring. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining a safe and effective working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for the Facilities and Technical Operations team, including scanning, filing, and supplier engagement.
• Manage general facility tasks, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of shared spaces
• Coordinate logistics for teams, including arranging shipments and liaising with delivery services.
• Offer specialist logistics support for the transport of dangerous goods (training will be provided).
• Assist with contractor management tasks, including site entry coordination and oversight of contractors on-site.
• Support inventory management for R&D and preclinical teams.
• Maintain thorough records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Respond to service requests from staff or tenants, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Assist in maintaining key safety management systems through data entry.
• Help set up and break down spaces for events and meetings.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations support or management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Commitment to working in a team environment that adheres to principles of diversity and inclusion.

Desirable Skills:
• Experience in providing operational support in a scientific or research setting.
