YOUR NEW ROLE

In this KEY role, being the right hand to a top calibre Mixed Personal Injury law practice GROUP Leader with a flourishing busy practice across workers compensation/work injury damages (WID), CTP and public liaiblity and also benefiting from the leadership of the Managing Partner (an industry-leading fully accredited specialist in personal injury law), you will love the immense satisfaction assisting to obtaining justice for injured clients in respect of their MAJORITY workers compensation/WID plus some CTP and public liability claims.

You will be:

liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors/PIC/Courts, undertaking legal research, arranging appointments, preparing various draft legal/court documents/briefs to counsel,filing/administration and assisting with billing.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

Are EITHER: 1) a career legal secretary/paralegal OR 2) law student who can work FULL-TIME;

have minimum 1 year OR MORE personal injury legal experience including in workers compensation law (essential) + preferably also in CTP and/or public liability (not essential);

have strong communication and interpersonal skills;

are highly organized and can meet deadlines;

can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;

are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
