We are currently seeking an experienced highly motivated and enthusiastic Analytical Chemist or Laboratory Technician to join our team situated midway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The position on offer will assist our business in servicing the needs of the pharmaceutical, complementary medicines and veterinary industries.

Your main duties will include:

> Testing of finished products and raw materials using any or all of the following instruments: HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP, Dissolution Apparatus.

> Testing of finished products and raw materials using traditional wet chemistry techniques.

> Review of analytical data.

Additional duties will include but not be limited to:

> Preparation of solutions, reagents etc.

> Cleaning of glassware and work areas.

> Computer data entry.

> Testing of moisture, optical rotation, IR, particle size.

The position on offer is a full time position working 38 hours per week.

The successful applicant will have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work autonomously or in a group. Attention to detail is essential and the ability to problem solve would be highly regarded.
