About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscaper or Labourer to join our team at O'Neill Outdoor. This full-time role is based in Albury, NSW and will involve creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Designing and constructing new landscape projects

Selecting and sourcing high-quality plants, materials, and equipment

Providing expert advice to clients on landscaping options

Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Landscape constriction or a related field desired but not essential

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Landscape or construction labourer

Experience with trucks and earthmoving equipment

Strong work ethic and physical ability

Strong knowledge of plants, garden design, and landscaping techniques desired but not essential

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines

Good communication and customer service skills

A driver's licence and your own transport
